The 1807 Will of William Collins, Glover
This is the last Will and Testament of me William Collins of Yeovil in the County of Somerset Glover I give devise and bequeath unto John Collins of Horton in the said County of Somerset Esquire John Daniell of Yeovil aforesaid Esquire and John Hookins of the same place Banker all and singular my Real and Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever To hold to them their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns upon Trust to permit and suffer my Mother Martha Collins of Chard in the said County Widow to have receive and take the Rents Issues profits and produce thereof to her own use and benefit for and during the term of her natural life and from and after her decease upon Trust for and for the only benefit of all or such of my Brothers Thomas Collins John Collins Daniel Collins and Charles Collins their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns in such shares and proportions and in such manner and form as she the said Martha Collins by any deed or testament in writing executed in the presence of two Credible Witnesses or by her last Will and testament or any Codicil or Codicils thereto executed in the presence of three Witnesses shall direct or appoint give or devise the same And I do hereby direct that an Inventory of all and singular the property of which I shall die possessed shall be taken by my Executors hereinafter named within fourteen days next after my decease And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said John Collins John Daniell and John Hookins joint Executors of this my will hereby revoking all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and declaring this only to be my last Will and testament In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and testament contained in one sheet of paper subscribed and set my hand and seal this third day of June on the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seven
