1637 will of Robert Palmer

of Vagge

 

Memorandum that Robert Palmer late of Vagge in the parrish of Yeovill in the Countie of Som[er]sett deceased did the daie before the night wherein he dyed declare his meaning concerning the ordering and disposing his estate and goods in this manner viz, he the said deceased then sayed that it was his will that his Father and his Uncle should imploy his goods and estate for the use and best benefit of his Childe which words he then spake w[i]th an intent of declaring it to be his will and att the speaking thereof he was of perfect minde and memory and talked sensibly in the presence of George Palmer John Whitehead and others
