In the name of God Amen
I Christobella Reeks
of Yeovil in the County of Somerset Widow do make and publish this my last
Will and
Testament in
manner and form
following that
is to say First
I give and
bequeath unto my
Sister Cornelia
Triptree the
Interest of
three hundred
Pounds which I
now have in the
bank Stock
during the Term
of her natural
life Also I give
and bequeath
unto my said
Sister Cornelia
Triptree and
Christobella
Loveless all my
Wearing Apparel
equally to be
divided between
them and after
the decease of
my said Sister
Cornelia
Triptree I give
and bequeath
unto my Brother
Lawrence Broome
Twenty pounds
and to his two
Daughters Mary
and Ann which he
had by his first
Wife Ten pounds
each Also I give
and bequeath
unto the said
Christobella
Loveless Ten
Pounds Also I
give and
bequeath unto
Elizabeth and
Hannah Daughters
of my Niece
Elizabeth Smith
the Sum of Ten
Pounds each All
which said
Legacies and
Sums of Money my
Will and desire
is shall be paid
immediately at
the Expiration
of twelve Months
next after the
decease of my
said Sister
Cornelia
Triptree, by my
said Niece
Elizabeth Smith
whom I do hereby
make constitute
and appoint Sole
Executrix of
this my last
Will and
Testament
revoking all
others by me at
any time
heretofore made
and I do hereby
nominate and
appoint my
Cousin Henry
Donn of Yeovil
aforesaid Glover
Overseer of this
my last Will and
Testament
requesting him
to see the same
duly fulfilled
and performed
and as an
Acknowledgement
for his Care and
trouble therein
I do hereby give
and bequeath
unto the said
Henry Donn the
Sum of five
Pounds to be
paid him by my
Executrix herein
named at the
same time as the
other Legacies
abovementioned
are directed to
be paid In
Witness whereof
