1856 will of Frederick Robert White

This is the last Will and Testament of me Frederick Robert White late of Poole in the County of Dorset but now of Yeovil in the County of Somerset Printer I give to my dear Wife Jane White the sum of fifteen pounds sterling out of the proceeds of a Policy of Assurance for fifty pounds on my life in the Era Assurance Society all the rest and residue of my personal estate I give and bequeath unto my dear Mother Ann White of Yeovil aforesaid Widow her executors administrators and assigns absolutely subject to the payment of my debts and funeral and testamentary expences And I appoint my said Mother sole Executrix of this my Will And hereby revoking all Wills by me heretofore made I declare this to be and contain my last Will and testament In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand the twenty ninth day of November one thousand eight hundred and fifty six

Signed published and declared by the said Frederick Robert White the Testator as and for his last Will and testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as Witnesses

Proved at London 25th of March 1857 before the Judge by the Oath of Ann White Widow the Mother the sole Executrix to whom Adm[inistrati]on was granted having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer.
