should renounce
probate said

cousin John Kirbey Whitby to
act in his
stead. Said

appointed James
Shorland Aplin
of Yeovil in the

Somerset Cheese
Factor and
Edward Bailey of

Henry Urwick
thereby declared
that the estate

freehold
hereditaments

hereditaments
then held on
trusts of the

James Edwards
should vest in
the said James
Shorland Aplin

the powers and
provisions of
the said Will.
