Home Orchard 2 (Parcel 846), was a small orchard forming part of the Newton Surmaville Estate that was not leased out as Newton Farm.

At the time of the 1846 Tithe Apportionment, Home Orchard 2 was owned and occupied by George Harbin. It was recorded as an orchard and measured 1a 2r 0p.

Home Orchard 2 (Parcel 846) was bordered on the north by Brick Mead (Parcel 845), on the east by Orchard Below the House (Parcel 844), to the south by The Orchard (Parcel 841) and on the west by Newton House garden.
