sick and weak of
body but of
perfect minde
and memory (thankes
be given unto
Allmightye God)
doe make and
ordaine this my
Last Will and
Testament in
manner and forme
followinge First
I commend my
Soule into the
handes of
Allmighty God my
maker and
redeemer
hopeinge through
the merritts of
my Saviour Jesus
Christ to have
remission of all
my Sinnes and to
be Partaker of
the heavenly
joyes with the
Saints and
angells in
heaven And my
body I committ
to christian
buriall in the
earth from
whence it came
Item I give and
bequeath unto my
brother John
Leeves his fower
Children the
Summe of Fower
poundes twentiy
shillings apeece
to be equally
divided amongst
them Item I give
and bequeath
unto my brother

himselfe the
