I Edward Munckton of Yeovell in the County of Somersett yeoman being of good
and perfect Mind
and Memory but
weake of Bodye
doe make and
ordaine this my
last Will and
Testament in
manner and forme
following that
is to say I
Committ and give
my Soule into
the hands of
Almighty God my
Maker hoping for
salvation

meritts Death
and passion of
