I Edward Boone of Yeavill in the County of
Somersett Glover
being sick and
weake of Body
but of sound and
perfect mind and
memory doe make
and ordaine this
my last Will and
Testament in
manner following
Viz I will and
appoint that the
residue and
Overplus of my
Estate (My
funerall
Expences and
Debts being
first paid and
satisfyed) be
imployed and
disposed of by
my Executor here
after named for
and towards the
education and
preferment of my
daughter Sarah
Provided that if
my said daughter
happen to dye
unmarried before
shee attaine the
age of One and
Twenty yeares
That then the
same or [samuth
?] thereof as
shall remaine
undispoised
shall goe and
remaine to
Elizabeth Boone
daughter of my
brother John
Boone And I make
and constitute
the said John
Boone Executor
of this my Will
Witnes my hand
and seale this
