I Edward Penney
the younger of
Yeovell in the
Countie of
Somerset gent
being of sound
mynd and memorie
Praise be given
to God doe make
and ordaine this
my last Will and
Testament in
manner following
(that is to say)
First I commend
my Soule into
the hands of
Almightie God
trusting through
the merits Death
and passion of
my alone Saviour
Jesus Christ to
have full and
perfect
remission and
forgiveness of
all my Synns and
everlasting and
eternall life

in heaven And my
Bodie I commit
to the Earth to
be buried and
layd by my
Executrix hereof
in the Parish
Church of
Bradford as
neare as
conveniently it
may to the Grave
of my deare
Mother And as
touching all
such temporall

Sonne Edward
shall happen to
dye before hee

the Age of one

yeares and leave
noe issue

Edith Maniford
my kinsman

the monyes

payment of all

monyes that
shall be raised
by the Sale of

Payment of a

Mrs Sarah Fitz

I stand bound
