therefore
praised) calling
to mind the
certainty of

time thereof is
most uncertain
doe make ordaine
and declare this
my last will and
testament in
manner and forme

wherein I
principally

soule into the
hands of

Creator the Holy
and blessed

Trinity in unity
the Father Sonne
and Holy Goste
trusting by the
merits of my
Lord and Saviour
Jesus Christ and

assistance of

Spirritt to have

my sinns and to
