deceased do make
and ordain this
my last Will and
Testament in
manner following
First I do
hereby revoke
all other Wills
by me at any
time formerly
made Item I give
to my Eldest
Daughter Anne
Harbin the summe
of one hundred
and fifty pounds
of lawfull Money
of Great Britain
And I do give
unto my Daughter
Elizabeth the
like summe of
One hundred and
fifty pounds And
I do give unto
my Daughter
Frances the like
summe of One
hundred and
fifty pounds And
I do give unto
my Daughter
Katherine the
like summe of
One hundred and
fifty pounds And
I do give unto
my said Four
Daughters Anne
Elizabeth
Frances and
Katherine All my
Goods that are
now in my House
in Marlborough
Street equally
to be divided
between them
Also I give to
my said Four
Daughters all
the Plate which
was my late
Brother Hugh
Wyndhams
deceased equally
to be divided
between them
Item I give to
my Sister
Rachell Wyndham
a double Guinea
And I do give
unto my Sister
Frances Wyndham
a double Guinea
I give unto my
Sister Elizabeth
stone Fifteen
pounds I give to
Frances Sweet
Ten pounds I
also give unto
my Daughter Anne
Harbin my Gold
Watch and her
Christening
Mantle I give to
the poor of
Yeovill in the
County of
Somersett the
summe of Five
pounds I also
give to the poor
of the Parish of
Mudford the like
summe of Five
pounds And I do
hereby give unto
my Son Wyndham
Harbin whom I
make my full and
Sole Executor
All my Goods in
the House at
Newton and all
the Plate that
was his Fathers
And I give to my
said Executor
the Trimming
bason that was
my brother Hugh
Wyndhams
deceased And my
Will is that all
the debts that
were my son
Johns may be
paid by my said
Executor and
that my said
Executor would
take care to
bury my body in
the Parish
Church of
Yeovill In
