Testament of me
Robert Hayne of
Yeovil in the
County of
Somerset Glover
Imprimis
I give unto my
Son Jeremiah
Hayne one
Hundred pounds I
also give unto
my Daughter
Hannah Hayne one
Hundred pounds
which said
Legacies my Will
is shall be paid
to my said
Children at the
respective ages
of one and
twenty years
I give
unto my dear
Wife Sarah Hayne
All the Rest and
Residue of my
Goods and
Chattles
whatsoever and I
do hereby make
and appoint the
said Sarah Hayne
whole and sole
