Widow
This is the last Will and Testament
of me
Hannah Hayne of Yeovill in the County of
Somerset Widow I
Give and Devise
unto my Grandson
Jeremiah Hayne
his Heirs and
Assigns for ever
all those Closes
of Meadow or
pasture Ground
lying at or near
a place called
Millford in
Yeovill
aforesaid which
I purchased of
Mr Spencer and
Mr Gast or one
of them and now
rented by Mr
Edward Bullock
and my Close of
Meadow or
Pasture Ground
in Yeovil
aforesaid called
Langs Bush
I Give
and Devise unto
my Daughter Ann
Whetcombe her
Heirs and
Assigns for ever
all my Lands
lying in the
parish of South
Petherton in the
said County of
Somerset
I also
Give and
Bequeath unto my
said Daughter
Ann Whetcombe
all my Cloaths
and Apparel of
every sort
I give
unto my
Grandaughter
Joannah Jayne
two hundred
pounds to be
paid her by my
Executrix
hereinafter
named in one
year next after
my decease
I Give
unto my Daughter
Mary Moorhead
one Guinea only
and as for and

concerning all
