bequeath unto Mr
John Gast of
Salisbury in the
County of Wilts
Wine Merchant
all my Real and
Personal Estates
whatsoever To
hold to the said
John Gast his
Heirs and
assigns for ever
upon this
Special Trust
and Confidence
nevertheless and
to and for the
Intents and
purposes
following (that
is to say) to
apply the Rents
and profits
thereof to and
among all and
every my
Children in
equal shares and
proportions
until they and
each of them
shall attain the
age of twenty
one years and
then to sell and
dispose of the
same Estates and
Effects and
divide the Money
arising from the
sale thereof to
and among each
of them and
their respective
Representatives
in equal shares
and proportions
and I do appoint
the said John
Gast Guardian of
my Children and
Executor of this
my Will upon the
Trust aforesaid
hereby revoking
all former Wills
by me made In
