In the Name of God Amen
I John Holloway
of Yeovil in the
County of
Somerset Glover
do make and
publish this my
last Will and
Testament in
manner and form
following that
is to say First
I give devise
and bequeath
unto my Brother
Robert Holloway
of Yeovil
aforesaid
Tobacconist and
Onesiphorus
Warry of the
same Gentleman
their Heirs
Executors and
Administrators
All my Freehold
Lands and
Tenements and
all other my
Goods Chattels
and Credits of
every kind and
nature
whatsoever and
wheresoever In
Trust that they
the said Robert
Holloway and
Onesiphorus
Warry or the
Survivor of them
& the Heirs
Executors or
Administrators
of such Survivor
do and shall as
soon as
conveniently may
be after my
decease sell and
dispose of the
same and every
part thereof by
Public Auction
or otherwise as
they shall think
most convenient
And the Money
arising from
such Sale to
place out on
Government or
other Security
And the Interest
and Produce
thereof to apply
from time to
time towards the
Maintenance and
education of my
three daughters
untill they
shall
respectively
attain the age
of one and
twenty years And
further my Will
and desire is
that they the
said Robert
Holloway and
Onesiphorus
Warry or the
Survivor of them
or the Heirs
Executors or
Administrators
of such Survivor
do and shall pay
or cause to be
paid unto each
of my daughters
as they shall
respectively
attain the age
of one and
twenty years so
much of the
Money and
Effects as shall
be then in their
Custody or Power
so as the whole
thereof may be
divided between
my three
daughters as
near as possible
Share and Share
alike And Lastly
I do nominate
and appoint the
said Robert
Holloway and
Onesiphorus
Warry joint
Executors and
Trustees of this
my last Will and
Testament
requesting that
the same may be
in every respect
duly fulfilled
and performed In
Witness whereof
I have hereunto
set my hand and

first Sworn duly
to Administer
Power reserved
of making the
like grant to
Onesiphorus
Warry the other
Executor named
in the said Will
when he shall
apply for the
same
