I William Dyer
of Yeovil in the
County of
Somerset
Schoolmaster do
hereby confess
declare and
acknowledge that
part of the
Building and
Roof of a
certain Outhouse
belonging to me
in or near Back
Street in Yeovil
aforesaid and in
my possession is
placed and doth
bear upon the
Building and
Roof of a
certain Outhouse
of
William
Lambert White
of
Yeovil aforesaid
Gentleman in the
occupation of
George Symons as
Tenant to the
said William
Lambert White
and that the
same is suffered
to remain there
by the
permission and
licence of the
said William
Lambert White
during his
pleasure but no
longer; and I
have this day
paid the said
William Lambert
White the sum of
Four pence for
four years' rent
or annual
acknowledgement
of one penny per
year due to him
the twenty fifth
day of march
last for such
permission and
licence. Witness

second day of
September One

hundred and
ninety seven.
