This is the last Will
and Testament of
me Hannah Donn
of Yeovil in the
County of
Somerset Widow I
give and devise
all my Estate
Lands and
Hereditaments
situate in the
Parish of Sutton
Montis in the
said County to
Robert Donn of
the City of
Exeter
Gent[leman] and
Henry Penny of
Yeovil aforesaid
Glover To hold
to them the said
Robert Donn and
Henry Penny
their Heirs and
Assigns forever
upon Trust that
they the said
Robert Donn and
Henry Penny and
the Survivor of
them and the
Heirs and
Assigns of such
Survivor do and
shall (until my
great Nephew
William Henry
Lewis Son of my
Nephew George
Lewis late of
the City of
London Linen
Draper deceased
by Sarah his
Wife shall
attain the age
of Twenty one
Years) receive
the Rents Issues
and Profits of
the same
Premises and
place the same
out at Interest
to the intent
that the same
may accrue at
for the benefit
of the said
William Henry
Lewis until the
said William
Henry Lewis
shall attain the
said Age of
Twenty one Years
and on his
attaining that
Age hereby give
and bequeath
such Rents
Issues and
Profits together
with the
accumulated
Interest therein
to the said
William Henry
Lewis his
Executors
Administrators
and Assigns but
in case the said
William Henry
Lewis shall
happen to die
under the said
Age of Twenty
one Years I give
and bequeath the
same Rents
Issues and
Profits with the
accumulated
Interest thereon
unto the said
Henry Penny and
his Sister
Elizabeth Penny
of Yeovil
aforesaid
Spinster and it
is my Will and I
do hereby
declare and
direct that the
said Robert Donn
and Henry Penny
their Heirs and
Assigns shall
stand seized of
the said Estate
Lands and
Hereditaments to
for and upon the
uses Trusts
intents and
purposes herein
after mentioned
and expressed
that is to say
To the use and
behoof of the
said William
Henry Lewis
and his
Assigns for and
during the term
of his natural
life without
impeachment of
Waste and from
and after the
determination of
that Estate To
the use of the
said Robert Donn
and Henry Penny
and their Heirs
during the life
of the said
William Henry
Lewis In trust
to preserve the
contingent Uses
and Estates
hereinafter
limited from
being defeated
or destroyed and
for that purpose
to make

bring Actions as
occasion shall
require yet
nevertheless to
permit and
suffer the Rents
and Profits of

Henry Lewis

first Son of the

failure of Issue
in any such

divided between

than one) share
and share alike

as Tenants in

Bodies issuing

failure of Issue

yearly payments

first payment to

Survivor of them

of the Monies
which by virtue

or any Trust
therein declared
shall come to

deduct retain to
and reimburse
themselves all
such reasonable
Costs charges
and Expences as
they
respectively
shall or may
sustain expend
or be put unto
in and about the
execution of the
Trusts hereby in
them reposed and

Trustees and
their respective
Heirs Executors

Administrators
shall not be
responsible or
accountable for
any more Monies
than they shall
respectively
actually receive
not the one for
the other of
them but each of
them for his and
their own Acts
