1814 Indemnity in case of fire
From George Rendall to William Lambert White
Whereas I George
Rendall of
Yeovil in the
County of
Somerset
Blacksmith do
intend to erect
a Furnace in a
certain Stable
situate in
Yeovil aforesaid
which I hold of
William Lambert
White of
Yeovil aforesaid
Gentleman Now I
do hereby agree
to indemnify and
save harmless
the said William
Lambert White of
and from all
loss or damage
which may happen
by Fire or
otherwise to the
said William
Lambert White on
account of the
said Furnace
being so erected
as aforesaid As
Witness my hand
this 25th day of
March 1814.
