This is the last Will and Testament
of me
Martha Shepherd
of the Town of
Yeovil in the
County of
Somerset Widow
In the first
place I direct
that all my just
debts funeral &
testamentary
expences be
respectively
paid by my
Nephew and
Executor
hereinafter
named out of my
personal Estate
as soon as
conveniently may
be after my
decease And I do
hereby also
direct that my
body after my
decease be
buried in a
plain & decent
manner at Yeovil
in the County of
Somerset I give
& bequeath unto
the several
persons
hereinafter
named and
described the
several legacies
or sums of money
next hereinafter
mentioned (that
is to say) To my
Nephew Henry

of my debts
