This is the last Will and Testament
of me
Martha Shepherd
of the Town of
Yeovil in the
County of
Somerset Widow
In the first
place I direct
that all my just
debts funeral &
testamentary
expences be
respectively
paid by my
Nephew and
Executor
hereinafter
named out of my
personal Estate
as soon as
conveniently may
be after my
decease And I do
hereby also
direct that my
body after my
decease be
buried in a
plain & decent
manner at Yeovil
in the County of
Somerset I give
& bequeath unto
the several
persons
hereinafter
named and
described the
several legacies
or sums of money
next hereinafter
mentioned (that
is to say) To my
Nephew Henry

be applied in or

of my debts
