I Samuel Nanjulian Fitze
of Yeovil in the
County of
Somerset Currier
being of sound
mind do make
this my last
Will and
Testament in
manner following
that is to say I
give to my
friend John
London of the
City of Exeter
Currier the sum
of twenty pounds
I give to my
assistant
Francis Coggan
the sum of ten
pounds
And
I give all the rest and
residue
of my personal
estate and
effects (subject
to payment of my
just debts and
funeral and
testamentary
expences) to my
mother and three
sisters equally
to be divided
between them
share and share
alike
And
I hereby appoint my sister Jane sole Executrix of this my Will In Witness
whereof I have
hereunto set my
hand this
eighteenth day
of February 1835

acquainted with
Samuel Nanjulian
Fitze late of
Yeovil in the
County of
Somerset Currier
deceased for
many years
before and down
to the time of
his death and
that having
during such his
acquaintance
with the said
deceased
frequently seen
him write and
subscribe his
name to writings
he hath thereby
become well
acquainted with
the manner and
character of his
handwriting and
subscription and
having viewed
and perused the
paper writing
which is hereto
annexed and
which purports
to be and
contain the last
Will and
Testament of the
said deceased
and which begins
thus "I Samuel
Nanjulian Fitze
of Yeovil in the
County of
Somerset
Currier" and
ends "In Witness
whereof I have
hereunto set my
hand this
eighteenth day
of February
1835" and is
thus subscribed
"Saml N Fitze"
and having
particularly
noticed and
observed the
said recited
signature or
subscription to
the same he
further made
oath that he
verily and in
his conscience
believes the
same to be of
the own proper
handwriting and
subscription of
the said
deceased

sworn to the
truth of the
aforegoing
affidavit by
