I Elizabeth Henning
of Yeovil in the
County of
Somerset Widow
being of sound
and disposing
mind do make
publick [sic]
and declare this
my last Will in
manner following
that is to say I
give devise and
bequeath all my
goods and
chattels and
all I am possessed
unto my daughter
Elizabeth
Henning for her
use benefit and
disposal and for
my said daughter
Elizabeth to pay
my daughter Mary
Feaver the sum
of ten pounds a
year as long as
she lives and
after her
decease my
daughter
Elizabeth or her
heirs or assigns
to pay my two
grand children
Jane and Henry
Feaver the
children of my
daughter Mary
the sum of one
hundred pounds
each when they
shall attain the
age of twenty
one and I make
the said
Elizabeth
Henning sole
Executrix of
this my Will
February 17 1840

annexed and
bearing date the

thousand eight
hundred and
forty And she
further made
Oath that on the
said Seventeenth
day of February
one thousand
eight hundred
and forty the
said Testatrix
duly executed
the said Will by
signing her name
at the foot or
end thereof in
the presence of
this deponent
and of Jemima
Wellman and
Elizabeth Helyer
West the other
subscribed
witnesses
thereto all of
whom were
present at the
same time and
this deponent

attested and
