of me
James Phelps of Yeovil in the County of
Somerset
Bricklayer I
devise and
bequeath to my
brother Thomas
Phelps his heirs
executors and
administrators
all my real and
Personal Estate and Effects
subject
nevertheless to
the payment of
all my just
debts funeral
and testamentary
expences And I
nominate and
appoint my said
brother Thomas
Phelps sole
Executor of this
my Will I revoke
all Wills by me
heretofore made
