1855 Will of John Garland

Mail Coachman

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Garland of Yeovil in the County of Somerset Mail Coachman I give devise and bequeath all the Real and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my dear Wife Jane her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely And I appoint my said Wife Jane sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all other Testamentary Writings In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty fifth day of August in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fifty five

Signed by the said Testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses

Proved at London 1st Feb[ruar]y 1856 before the Judge by the oath of Jane Garland Widow the Relict the sole Executrix to whom Adm[inistrati]on was granted having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer.
