Gentleman being
of sound and
disposing Mind
Memory and
Understanding do
make publish and
declare this my
last Will and
testament in
manner following
that is to say I
give devise and
bequeath unto
William Snoop of
Yeovil aforesaid
Glove
Manufacturer for
the Sum of Two
thousand pounds
now invested in
my Name in the
five per cent
long Annuities
To hold to him
and his Assigns
Upon Trust to
pay unto my
Mother Ann
Beacham the
Interest and
dividends
thereof for her
life and after
her decease to
divide the same
between my
Brothers and
Sisters John,
Thomas, Ann,
Mary, Sarah and
Susan equally
share and share
alike and to pay
over to my said
Brothers and
Sisters John,
Thomas, Ann and
Sarah their
Heires of the
said Two
thousand pounds
immediately on
my said Mothers
decease and also
to retain the
share of my said
Sister Mary but
to invest the
share of my said
Sister Susan in
the name of him
the said William
Snook on
Government or
Freehold
Security and to
pay and apply
the Dividends or
Interest thereof
from time to
time as the same
shall become due
unto my said
Sister Susan for
her life and to
and for her
separate use
independently of
any Husband she
may thereafter
take and I
hereby declare
that the Receipt
of her my said
Susan whether
single or
unmarried shall
from time to
time be
sufficient
discharge for
the same and
after her
decease to pay
and apply such
Dividends or
Interest in for
and towards the
maintenance
education and
support of any
Children my said
Sister Susan may
hereafter have
born in lawful
Wedlock until
they shall
severally attain
their respective
Ages of Twenty
one Years or
days of marriage
and on their
severally
attaining their
respective ages
of twenty one
years or days of
Marriage to pay
and apply her my
said Sister
Susan's Share of
suh principal
Sum of Two
thousand pounds
with all
Dividends or
Interest then
due thereon unto
and equally
between such
Children share
and share alike
and if but one
such Child then
to such only
Child and his or
her Executors
Administrators
or Assigns and
if she shall
have no Children
or Child then to
divide and pay
the same equally
between my said
Brothers and
Sisters John,
Thomas, Ann,
Mary and Sarah
share and share
alike I give and
bequeath unto
Edwin Tomkins of
Yeovil aforesaid
Gentleman the
sum of Fifty
Pounds I give
and bequeath all
the Rest and
Residue of my
Personal Estate
Goods Chattles
Rights Credits
and Effects
whatsoever unto
the said William
Snook To hold to
him and his
Assigns In Trust
in the first
place to pay my
debts Funeral
Expenses and the
Charges for
providing this
my Will and then
to divide the
remainder
between my said
Brothers and
Sisters equally
share and share
alike and to pay
them the same
within six
Months next
after my decease
except my said
Sister Susan
whose Share I
direct him to
invest and pay
in the same
manner as the
Share of the
said Two
thousand pounds
hereinbefore
directed to be
invested and

nominate
constitute and

William Snook
sole Executor of
this my Will in
