Alvington Lane
Originally called Brewsters for a short time, this is part of the 'Table Table' group - newish (c2002) estate pub but more up-market than most. Very welcoming staff and very good modern atmosphere with lots of separate rooms, nooks and crannies catering pretty much for all occasions.
Now permanently closed unless you're a guest at the Premier Inn next door.
